LESLIE GRANTHAM (Abanazar)Heading the cast of this year’s spectacular show is Leslie Grantham as the wicked Abanazar. Best known for his role as Den Watts in EastEnders from 1985 to 1989 and then again from 2003 to 2005, Leslie has starred in and directed numerous pantomimes and has become one of the country’s top pantomime villains! His other television credits include The Paradise Club, The Uninvited and the popular game show, Fort Boyard, presented with Melinda Messenger. Leslie’s stage work in recent years includes Beyond Reasonable Doubt, The Decorator and Dad’s Army. NEIL BRENNAN (The Genie of the Lamp)Neil Brennan returns to the White Rock by popular demand following his showstopping role as Captain Hook in last year's Peter Pan. A graduate of Mountview Conservatoire for Genies, his professional career has included TV appearances in The Bill and Red Dwarf (The New Kryten), along with stage credits as Giles Ralston in the European Tour of The Mousetrap, Aslan in The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe at The Arts Theatre in London’s West End, Muscles in The Toy Shop at The Fortune Theatre, London and UK Tour. NEIL TOON (Aladdin)Neil has just returned from a highly succesful international tour with The Shakespeare 4 Kidz Theatre Company, where he played Romeo in S4K's Romeo and Juliet. The show played in Dubai, Sharjah, Bahrain, Syria and Gibraltar. He has played Link Larkin in Hairspray at the Shaftesbury Theatre in London, Marius in Les Miserables at the Queens Theatre, and was also in New Boy at the Trafalgar Studios earlier this year. Last year he was Aladdin in Aladdin with Bradley Walsh at the New Victoria Theatre, Woking NOEL ANDREW HARRON (Wishee Washee)Noel is another actor who has returned to the White Rock Theatre for a second consecutive Christmas, but can you guess who he played last year in Peter Pan? He is currently wowing audiences as the comic al Porter in S4K's Macbeth, which visited Hastings in October. (Answer; he was Nana the Dog!) DREW BAKER (Widow Twankey)In a Hastings Double Whammy, the Aladdin production team signed-up the opera diva Drew Baker to "give his Twankey" for us this Christmas, in the same week that he agreed to head up the new White Rock Youth Theatre. Will he be sinmging Nessun Dorma ("None Shall Sleep") in Old Peking? Or will his singing just keep us all awake? BOBBY WINDEBANK (Constable Ping)Bobby trained at Laine Theatre Arts. He is probably best known as being a finalist on BBC TV’s hit series Dance X. His professional stage credits include Artful Dodger in Oliver! (London Palladium), Peter Pan (Richmond Theatre and also Churchill Theatre, Bromley) and the UK and international tour of S4K's Romeo and Juliet (Benvolio). Bobby has just completed a successful run of Toonful – Songs from Animated Movie Musicals (Landor Theatre, LAUREN APPLEBY (Slave of the Ring)Last Christmas, Lauren was Jill in the sell-out production of Into the Woods at Upstairs at the Gatehouse in Highgate, London, following the UK tour of Our House and The Rocky Horror Show. She was Associate Choreographer on the recent production of Crazy For You staged at the London Palladium. SEANETTE GARCIA (Princess Jasmine)Seanette's resemblance to the on-screen Jasmine in Disney's Aladdin is uncanny. The beautiful graduate from Guildford School of Acting will be making her pantomime debut in Hastings. AIDAN SLATER (Emperor of China)Aidan is an experienced ruler: Currently King Duncan in the smash hit tour of S4K's Macbeth, he has also recently appeared on stage as (the Ghost of) King Hamlet in Hamlet and Oberon, the King of the Fairies in A Midsummer Night's Dream.
